Directions

From Dublin- Exit Motorway at Drogheda South exit 7. Drive straight through Julianstown pass Boyne Valley Hotel, next you will see the Black Bull Bar & Restaurant on the right. Take 2nd turn left after the Black Bull, take next left Orley House on Corner. From Belfast - Exit Motorway at exit 10. Head for N1 Dublin road, Pass Esso Station "On the Run" on left, drive under railway bridge take 2nd right, next left Orley House on corner.

Very nice B B. I enjoyed visiting with Peter and the breakfast and breakfast room were very nice. Within waking distance of a very good Pub, the Black Bull. I would recommend this B B to anyone.

Orley House was a nice BB in a good residential area. Ms. Phillips was very accomodating when I booked the wrong date should have been 1 day earlier. We did not get the double bed we wanted but the twins were the only available and so it was fine. A note do not book tall people into the room since the ceilings are very low here and my hubby still has a few bumps on his head. The breakfast in the solarium was devine. Yummy and all cooked to perfection. A note to the location-it is walking distince to a very super pub/restaraunt but not to the middle of the town. The pub has good food. I would recommend this B B to friends.
